I have nearly 25 years of experience in tourism. I have held various positions in travel agencies, car rental, airlines, booking systems and hotels, and have therefore a throughout knowledge of the industry.

I’ve also been a trainer at Amadeus (reservation system for travel agents) for the French-speaking part of Switzerland. I still give Amadeus classes in different schools and privately. In addition, I’ve been accompanying groups of 7 to 30 people around the world for the last few years.

My passion, travel to learn and be able to explain the many aspects of tourism to professionals but also democratize the trip to make it available to all.

I want to share my interest for modern technologies and my curiosity with those who want to improve their skills in the different aspects of the tourism industry.

To best pass on my knowledge and experience, teach different aspects of tourism and ensure the smooth running of travels to obtain the satisfaction of my customers / learners.
